Hi folks, I currently have several diagnosis’ including hEDS (hypermobile Elhers-Danlos Syndrome), MCAS (Mast Cell Activation Syndrome), hPOTS (hyperadrenergic Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome), fibromyalgia, Afib, osteoarthritis, and idiopathic biopsy proven small fiber neuropathy. I really don’t want any more diagnosis’ but I’m still trying to get to the CAUSE of my SFN (Small Fiber Neuropathy). We have ruled out everything except hereditary and autoimmune. My doctors say it’s caused by my EDS, but they say that EDS is not autoimmune so… most other autoimmune have been tested out. I’m adopted so getting reliable family information has been difficult but my birth mom has 4 autoimmune diseases (Sjögren’s, cutaneous lupus, rheumatoid and Graves) and my birth dad has EDS and osteoarthritis. So… my gene cocktail is iffy at best.
